1) Where is your office location? My practice is currently Virtual and Clinton Township, MI
2) Do you offer Telehealth? Yes
3) Do you offer home based services? Yes. Limited. However, I can not bill insurance for this. Lets discuss how best to meet your needs.
4) What ages do you see? I work with individuals across the lifespan.
5) Are you wheelchair accessible? Yes.
6) Do you work with a psychiatrist for medications? I will refer you to your primary physician/Insurance for a referral or help you find one in the community.
7) Do you accept sliding scale? Yes, no one should be turned away for inability to pay. If I can not help you, I will refer you to someone I believe can.
