“You do not need to know precisely what is happening, or exactly where it is all going. What you need is to recognize the possibilities and challenges offered by the present moment, and to embrace them with courage, faith and hope." Thomas Merton

Amy Park-Goeddeke, LMSW, IMH-E ®

I have worked in the field of mental health social work for over 20 years. Within this time, I have come to appreciate that our emotional wellbeing is rooted in our opportunities and ability to wonder and reflect courageously.

In 2018, I opened my private practice with a desire to provide quality holistic services across the lifespan (birth-100). I'm fortunate that my career has given me a rare opportunity to work with individuals and relationships effectively from diverse backgrounds, relationships, and circumstance.

Dedicated to offering the highest level of services. I continue my professional development and own personal growth with mentorship, supervision and trainings related to all the services I provide.

With a passion for Grief, Loss, Trauma and end of life, I have completed training with the Trauma and Loss Center for Children, received Grief and Loss Certification with the University of Wisconsin., Certified Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist, and participated in End of Life Doula Trainings.

I am endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Mentor and have participated in numerous trainings on anxiety and depression across the life span.  In addition, I have worked with individuals with special needs such as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. This has given me a valued perspective on Neurobehavioral disorders.

The human experience can be complex.  Our experiences do not fit neatly into boxes. Certainly, our emotions and perceptions of our experiences are unique to each of us.  This drives the priority I place in partnering with each  person to develop and plan that will be most helpful to you and your unique circumstance.
